What a great 5 days teaching mediation and conflict resolution for the Australian Disputes Centre at the recent Mediation Training Course for National Accreditation in Melbourne with another group of exceptional students from varying backgrounds. Not only do I enjoy teaching and sharing my knowledge of ADR, but I always learn from the participants. A true win-win!
