Appointment to WIPO’s Mediator List

I am pleased to start off the new year with an appointment to the World Intellectual Property Organization’s Arbitration and Mediation Center’s List of Mediators.
The WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has offices in Geneva and Singapore, and is an international provider of non-profit services for the out-of-court resolution of commercial disputes, specialized in cases arising out of intellectual property related transactions, in particular technology (e.g., licensing, R&D, distribution) and entertainment (e.g., copyright, production, formats).
